Blitzing-distributing door hangers in the city to local businesses and residences in or near our churches advertising a future service. Need tracts and door hangers.

Heaven or Hell – www.gowinsouls.com – Evangelist Tim Downs – approach requires you to know the script and follow it to the letter without the person redirecting the conversation.  Use a van with 4 or 5 saints in the van or a car with 2 or 3; never do this by yourself unless you know the candidate really well.  Also do this one on one.  Person can ride back to church with you or follow you back to church in their own vehicle.  Approach a person while in the van/car from driver’s side or passenger side.  All other passengers should be quiet, aware of what is taking place and pray for the success of the encounter.  Lights in the car or van should come on to signal the passengers to pray. Need baptismal pool, baptismal clothes, altar workers, baptismal workers and new saints’ packets.

Effective Block Party – www.gowinsouls.com and www.outreach.com please see the effective Block Party checklist with categories covering food, cooking, serving meals, music, bouncing balloons/blow up’s, give away prizes, baptism tank, chairs and tables, ministries, flyers, registration, preaching, clean up crew, advertising, appointing leaders and other important information.  To do this well you will spend anywhere from $1,000 to$1500.                                                            Location is important choose to have it at a park or a very visible area in the community.  Get all approvals, permits and supplies well in advance.  Have everything in writing pertaining to the event available in case an official asks for it. Need plenty of workers minimum of 30 people.  Everyone should be assigned a job ahead of time. 

Friends and Family Day – Bless the community through giving by compelling them to come to church after the block parties.  Give away prizes and register all 1^st time visitors.  This service will take place at the church.  Preach a very evangelistic service.
